Speed Training Program

Athletes who can move faster than their opponents have an advantage. It's simply that simple and this course over 8 weeks will dramatically increase your athlete's speed!

Areas of performance enhancement include:

Sprint Mechanics
Linear Speed
Acceleration
Dynamic Trunk Control
Form/Technique

12 week training Program

This program is a full body plans that are tailored to fit your fitness goals. Be prepared to commit to 4 days a week to moderately intense fitness exercises and flexibility training to improve your overall health and fitness. 

Online Coaching Monday - Friday

Expect before and after photos, bi-weekly weigh ins, and measurements for the best results.

Exercise should be completed in 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

Organized Team performance

OTP program is a comprehensive training regimen designed to enhance the collective skills, coordination, and cohesion of a sports team.

It focuses on improving individual abilities, tactical understanding, and teamwork through structured practices, drills, and strategic game plans.

This program aims to maximize the team's overall performance and achieve success on and off the field.
